- How long does it take to implement AI in a company?
- The assessment takes under 24 hours. A proof of concept on real data is usually ready in one or two weeks, and the first system in production in weeks, not quarters. The timeline depends on how reachable your data is and how many systems have to be integrated, and the assessment puts a number on both.
- How much does it cost to implement artificial intelligence?
- We charge in three parts: a set-up fee to start, an at-risk fee that is only paid if the system produces the agreed result, and a support fee while the system runs. The amounts come out of the assessment, which is free, so you know the price before committing to anything.
- What do I need in place before we start?
- A process that hurts, and someone on the team who knows it well. You do not need tidy data or an IT department: tidying and connecting the data is part of the work. If the process is not clear yet, the assessment exists precisely to pick it.
- Is my data exposed when using AI?
- We define with you what information leaves the company and what does not before writing the first line of code. For anything sensitive we use processing that does not train models on your data, and we keep a log of what the system queried and when. Access rules are agreed in writing during the assessment.
- Do you only work in Bogotá?
- We are based in Bogotá and that is where we run in-person sessions when they help. The implementation itself is remote, so we work with companies across the region with no difference in timeline or price.
