Process automation with AI
Almost every company has a valuable person spending half their day copying data from one place to another. That is not a discipline problem, it is a process nobody automated. It can be measured, and it can almost always be removed.
When companies call us
Someone spends hours moving information between the ERP, a spreadsheet and email.
The closing report depends on one person assembling it by hand.
Quoting takes days because three different departments have to be asked.
Typing errors are getting expensive and nobody catches them in time.
What you get
The process mapped, with its cost
How many hours it eats today, who puts them in and what that hour is worth. Without that number there is no way to know whether automating paid off.
Automation that is connected
The flow running against your current systems, with the validations and the exceptions the process already had.
Human control where it belongs
Steps that need judgement keep a person’s approval. We automate the work, not the responsibility.
Monitoring and alerts
If the flow breaks or hits something it cannot resolve, it says so. Your customer does not find out before you do.
Frequently asked questions
- Which processes should be automated first?
- The ones that repeat often, follow clear rules and eat hours from expensive people today. Quotes, reconciliations, moving data between systems, recurring reports and answering frequent requests are usually first. The assessment ranks those candidates by the saving they produce against what automating them costs.
- Is automation going to replace my team?
- In practice the opposite happens: the team stops doing the mechanical part and keeps the part that needs judgement. The cases we take on are usually companies that are already stretched and do not want headcount to grow at the same rate as volume. Steps that require a human decision keep an explicit approval.
- Does it work if my data is in spreadsheets and not in a system?
- Yes. Spreadsheets and email are perfectly normal starting points, and tidying them is part of the work. What we do need is for the process to exist consistently: if every person does it differently each time, the first step is agreeing how it is done.
- What happens if the process changes later?
- That is what the support fee is for. Automated flows are adjusted when a business rule, a format or a system changes. Everything is handed over documented so your team understands what each step does and is not tied to us.
